Klip Collective – Munich VR

Erector Sets teamed up with Klip Collective to deliver this one-of-a-kind trade show booth for Munich Reinsurance America. The booth featured a three walled virtual theater disguised as a living room, where a potential client could wear VR goggles to experience an amazing combination of projection mapping and animation showing a tornado coming dangerously close to the viewer’s living room recliner.

As the film progresses and the tornado gets closer, the chair begins to rumble and shake as the wind picks up (blower hidden within the TV cabinet). Luckily no one is hurt as the tornado veers off at the last second but the damage that the tornado has left will take some serious clean up and rebuilding. Good thing we know a good insurance company!
